General Ordering Information |

To open an account with MISUMI, please call our subsidiaries representing your country or region for an application form. Our subsidiaries will send you the necessary information of trading with MISUMI. If you have an account with us, please fax our order form with a complete description of the products directly to our subsidiary.
There is no minimum order quantity. You can even order one piece.
We are aiming to distribute our products at the catalog price all over the world, but considering tax or foreign exchange, prices are adjusted to each region. Contact our subsidiary for details. We have a volume discount rate system for many products.
"Production Time" in the catalog shows the shipping date from MISUMI distribution center. Because of international logistics, the arrival date may differ from region to region. Please contact to our subsidiaries for details.
We have an express service that reduces the production time (refer to P.64). Please contact our subsidiary for this service if you need urgent delivery.
6. Changes or Cancellation of Order |

You can change or cancel your order on the day of order placement. Please contact our subsidiary if you need
to change or cancel your order on the day after the order placement.
We do not generally accept return goods that are not defective. Contact our subsidiary if necessary.
We pay full attention to ship the highest quality products in the correct quantity specified by the customer.
However, if a customer needs to reorder because of a defective part, MISUMI will express-ship replacement parts at our own expense. If the part is no longer needed, MISUMI will give a full refund.
Changing and Canceling Orders |

Changing or canceling orders (the Cancellation) is treated according to the shipment date and the timing when you make the cancellation. Cancellation charges will be imposed in some cases. Please contact our subsidiary in you country for details.

Returning and Replacing Goods |

Stock items can be returned. Customer is kindly requested to contact our subsidiary prior to making the return. Please note that the delivery cost of returning goods to the designation we determined must be paid by the customer. |
